Production Time

All of our pieces are made to order, with production taking up to 10 working days before dispatch. This approach allows us to create garments with care, precision, and attention to every detail — a slower process that ensures lasting quality. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Alterations

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), customers have the right to return standard-size, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note, garments that have been customised or altered to your specifications are exempt from this right and are non-refundable. That said, we want every piece to feel perfect — so we’re pleased to offer complimentary alterations where possible. If you require an adjustment or have any concerns about sizing, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re here to make sure your piece is exactly as you imagined.
